These Terms of Service (the "Terms") govern the use of the AI character chat service, website, application, and all related services provided by Eden Creative Studio LLC (the "Company") under the name "EdenChat" (collectively, the "Service").

IMPORTANT: Chapter 8 of these Terms (Articles 38 through 45) contains an arbitration agreement and a class action waiver. Please read these provisions carefully, as they require disputes between Users and the Company to be resolved through arbitration rather than in court and require Users to waive their rights to participate in class actions and to a jury trial.

Chapter 1. General Provisions

Article 1. Purpose and Acceptance

① These Terms set forth the rights, obligations, and responsibilities of the Company and Users in connection with the use of the Service.

② By accessing or using the Service, Users are deemed to have reviewed and agreed to these Terms, the Privacy Policy, the Content Guidelines, and the Content Removal Policy. Each of these documents is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

③ Anyone who does not agree to these Terms may not access or use the Service.

Article 2. Definitions

The following terms have the meanings set forth below:

  1. "User" means an individual who agrees to these Terms and uses the Service.
  2. "Account" means the authorization to use the Service and the associated user information assigned to a User.
  3. "User Content" means any text, character settings, profiles, images, audio, or other materials that a User inputs, creates, uploads, or stores within the Service.
  4. "Output Data" means text, images, or other results generated by the AI system based on a User's input.
  5. "Conversation Data" means all inputs and outputs exchanged between a User and an AI character.
  6. "Paid Points" means points acquired by a User in exchange for payment.
  7. "Free Points" means points granted without payment through events, promotions, or other conditions established by the Company.
  8. "Points" means Paid Points and Free Points collectively.
  9. "Rewards" means benefits granted by the Company to Creators pursuant to Article 29.
