Eden Creative Studio LLC (the "Company") has established and publishes this Privacy Policy to protect the personal information of users ("Users") of the AI character chat service provided by the Company under the name "EdenChat" (the "Service").

Unless otherwise defined in this Privacy Policy, terms used herein have the meanings assigned to them in the Service's Terms of Service.

② Services provided by third parties other than the Company are separately governed by the privacy policies established by those third parties.

• External account integration information: provider identifier, email address, and profile information.
• Profile information: display name, avatar, biography, and settings.
• User Content: character settings, Conversation Data, and uploaded images.
• Payment information: payment method type, billing address, and transaction history.
• Inquiry information: inquiry details, attachments, and records of how inquiries were handled.
• Creator information: full name, contact information, tax-related documents, and taxpayer identification number when redeeming Rewards.

② Information collected automatically during use of the Service:

• Usage records: pages accessed, features used, time spent, search terms, and interaction history.
• Device and log information: IP address, browser type and version, operating system, device type, device identifiers, access dates and times, and error logs.
• Location information: approximate geographic location inferred from an IP address.
