Chapter 1 General Provisions

Article 1 (Purpose)

The purpose of these Terms of Service (hereinafter referred to as the "Terms") is to stipulate the rights, obligations, responsibilities, and other necessary matters between Eden Creative Studio (Delaware LLC) (hereinafter referred to as the "Company"), a corporation established under the laws of the State of Delaware, and the member regarding the use of the AI character chatting and content generation service, EdenChat (hereinafter referred to as the "Service"), provided by the Company.

These Terms are not a Korean translation of the English Terms of Service, but independent terms that apply preferentially in relation to users within the Republic of Korea. In addition, these Terms comply with the mandatory provisions of relevant laws such as the 「Act on the Consumer Protection in Electronic Commerce」 and the 「Act on the Regulation of Terms and Conditions」 of the Republic of Korea.

Article 2 (Scope of Application)

① These guidelines apply only to this Service provided on this website.

② Other services operated by the Company and this Service are independent services that use separate operating policies, databases, servers, and payment systems, and these guidelines do not apply to other services.

Article 3 (Definitions)

① The definitions of terms used in these Terms are as follows:

1. "Member" refers to a person who agrees to these Terms, creates an account, and uses the Service.
2. "Service" refers to all digital services provided through the website by the Company, such as AI character creation, chatting, and image generation.
3. "Points" refer to virtual currency purchased or acquired free of charge to use paid features within the Service.
4. "User Content" refers to all information (text (Prompt), uploaded images, character settings, voice, video, files, etc.) posted, transmitted, stored, or generated by the Member within this Service provided by the Company while using the Service.
5. "AI Output" refers to results such as text and images generated by the AI model in response to the Member's input.

Article 4 (Effect and Amendment of Terms)

① The Company posts these Terms on the initial screen of the Service or a linked screen.

② The Company may amend these Terms to the extent that it does not violate relevant laws.

③ When amending the Terms, the Company shall provide notice starting 7 days prior to the effective date (30 days prior for changes disadvantageous to Members). If a Member does not express their refusal before the effective date, they are deemed to have agreed to the changed Terms.
