This Service respects users' creative freedom, but prioritizes the protection of others' rights and a safe service environment as its top value. Accordingly, we operate strict sanction policies without compromise regarding the use of photorealistic images and copyright-infringing content.

1. Image Upload Policy

To prevent deepfake sex crimes and protect portrait rights, our company completely prohibits images in photorealistic and semi-realistic styles. Only 2D, illustration, and animation styles are allowed.

2.1 Prohibited Image Styles

Images falling under the following criteria cannot be used in any form, including thumbnails, backgrounds, or in-chat images.

1. Photorealistic (3D):
   • Photos taken of actual people.
   • High-resolution AI-generated images that can be mistaken for actual people (cases where photorealistic textures such as skin pores, fine hair, realistic lighting, etc., are revealed).
   • All results generated with photorealistic-based models.
2. Semi-realistic (2.5D):
   • Styles that mimic human proportions and skin textures, such as 3D rendering, game graphics, and doll (BJD) styles, which induce the Uncanny Valley or facilitate synthesis with real people.
   • Cases where, although it is a 2D drawing style, the shading and texture are excessively realistic, leaving room for it to be mistaken for a real photo.
3. Other Prohibitions:
   • Images generated based on or synthesized with the faces of real people (celebrities, YouTubers, ordinary people, etc.) or images that can be associated with them.
   • Images containing slander or negative language regarding real people or groups.
   • Emblems or marks of specific groups or images reminiscent of them.
   • Images infringing on the copyrights/portrait rights of others.

2.2 Allowed Image Styles

• 2D Animation/Manga Style: Styles with clear cell shading and emphasized line art.
• Illustration/Painting Style: Styles where unrealistic techniques are applied, such as oil painting, watercolor, pixel art, etc.
• SD (Super Deformed): Characters with a head-to-body ratio of 1:2 to 1:3. (Prohibited if the size difference with the counterpart character is severe and can be considered a child)

3. Copyright and Secondary Creation Policy

To respect the intellectual property rights (IP) of others, characters with copyright and plagiarism issues may be set to private/blocked/deleted without prior warning, and depending on repeated violations or the severity of the case, account deletion and sanctions on site usage may be imposed.

3.1 Copyright Infringement and Secondary Creations

• Target: Cases where characters from existing IPs such as manga, animation, games, movies, webtoons, novels, etc., are used as motifs or taken as is.
