This Service respects users' creative freedom, but prioritizes the protection of others' rights and a safe service environment as its top value. Accordingly, we operate strict sanction policies without compromise regarding the use of photorealistic images and copyright-infringing content.

1. How to Read These Guidelines

1.1 Age

The Service is available only to users 18 years of age and older. Age verification is required for access to content designated Adult.

Users may not circumvent age verification by false declaration, VPN, or other technical means. Circumvention is a violation and may result in immediate termination.

2. Image Style Policy

Photorealistic and semi-photorealistic imagery is prohibited. This restriction protects against deepfake misuse and likeness claims, and applies to thumbnails, backgrounds, character images, and in-chat images.

2.1 Prohibited

Photorealistic (3D)

• Photographs of real people
• AI-generated images that could be mistaken for a photograph — visible skin pores, fine hair, realistic lighting, or comparable photographic texture
• Any output generated from photorealistic base models

Semi-Photorealistic (2.5D)

• 3D renders, game engine graphics, ball-jointed doll styles, and comparable styles that imitate human proportions and skin texture, or that are readily compositable with photographs of real people
• 2D artwork whose shading and texture are realistic enough to be mistaken for a photograph

Real Persons

• Images generated from, composited with, or closely evoking the face of an identifiable real person, including public figures
